About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Agent Developer to build intelligent developer productivity tools powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems. You will design, develop, and maintain AI agents that automate software engineering workflows, including pull request review agents, code generation assistants, Text-to-SQL systems, knowledge base assistants, documentation agents, and other internal AI tools that improve developer efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents for software engineering and business workflows.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications.
- Develop agent workflows using tool calling, retrieval, memory, and planning techniques.
- Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Integrate AI systems with internal databases, APIs, repositories, and company knowledge bases.
- Evaluate and improve agent accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Monitor AI systems and continuously optimize prompts, workflows, and agent behavior.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
- Understanding of AI agent architectures, prompt engineering, and tool calling.
- Experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings.
- Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
Additional Skills
- Experience building coding assistants or developer productivity tools.
- Familiarity with code analysis, static analysis, and repository understanding tools.
- Experience integrating AI systems with GitHub, GitLab, ClickUp or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of machine learning and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience deploying AI applications to production environments.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience building multi-agent systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in AI Engineering, Backend Development, Machine Learning, or a related role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for building AI-powered tools that enhance developer productivity and automate complex workflows.
