We’re seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for gaming. Your main responsibility will be to identify and report bugs, guaranteeing that our games deliver a seamless experience to millions of our devoted user base.
Responsibilities
- Play and test the game repeatedly in different ways passionately.
- Collaborate closely with the developers, designers and the product team.
- Find and reproduce unexpected ways to break the game.
- Create clear, concise, and well-structured bug reports, serving as the frontline advocate for quality assurance.
- Develop, execute, and refine test cases based on user stories, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Explore games across multiple platforms, gaining in-depth knowledge of each platform’s unique characteristics.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Effective communication skills with strong written English.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.
- High level of personal and professional accountability.
- Proactiveness in learning new tools and techniques.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with using any game engine, programming, scripting, or automating tests.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or ClickUp.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Hands-on experience in testing REST APIs using Postman.
- Worked through an entire development life cycle on at least one project.
