Qualifications

- Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in QA, including at least 1 year focused on QA automation. Extra lives awarded if you’ve squashed bugs in mobile games before!

As a QA Engineer at Teslatech, you will ensure our games deliver seamless, top-tier experiences. You will harness automation to streamline testing, dip into manual testing when precision calls for it, and team up with developers and designers to banish bugs and polish every detail. Your work will help shape the games that millions enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure our games run smoothly across all platforms (Android, iOS, Web).
- Conduct thorough manual testing to catch those elusive bugs that slip through the cracks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve issues swiftly.
- Analyze test results and share insights to boost game quality and performance.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest QA methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in QA, with hands-on experience in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a hawk-like attention to detail, and a proactive mindset that thrives on challenges.
- Passion: A genuine love for gaming—you don’t just play games; you live them.
- Team Player: Ability to work seamlessly with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure top-notch quality.
Preferred
- Experience testing mobile games, especially with an eye for performance and user experience.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Shell for automation.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
- Comfort with version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
- Bonus: A portfolio or examples of your QA wins, particularly in gaming or mobile apps.
