Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Business team. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in target-oriented environments, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for leveraging data to enhance performance. In this role, you will be pivotal in analyzing sales trends, setting and tracking performance metrics, and collaborating cross-departmentally to achieve key business targets. You should have an analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working independently on complex projects that drive sales success and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Target Tracking and Performance Analysis
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Collaborate with tech and project management to establish and monitor metrics and goals.
  • Data-Driven Optimization
    • Leverage data to identify and recommend improvements in sales and revenue operations.
    • Communicate insights to the design team to influence UI/UX elements that impact monetization and ad engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with design, tech, and project management teams to implement revenue strategies.
    • Coordinate with tech to ensure the necessary data is available for analysis and to resolve any technical issues impacting sales performance.
    • Partner with project management to ensure seamless execution of projects that affect sales operations.
  • Sales Process Improvement
    • Evaluate and enhance sales workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement tools and methodologies to streamline processes across the business and project teams.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis
    • Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track engagement, acquisition, and revenue.
    • Provide the business team with actionable insights and updates on performance.
  • Independent Problem-Solving
    • Approach challenges independently, finding solutions that align with overall business objectives.
    • Apply analytical thinking to tackle obstacles, leveraging cross-functional expertise for effective problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a target-oriented environment, ideally in sales or operations within a digital or gaming context.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools).
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a capacity for independent work.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
